As you search the site, you will discover it is a great place to find detailed information about one of the most sought after resort, vacation and real estate destinations in the US.  Naples boasts fine art galleries, a world class symphony, superb shopping and dining and some of the finest private residences and neighborhoods in the world.  It has been my home since 1972.

            I grew up in the Real Estate business.  My mother began her real estate career in Wayzata Minnesota and when the family moved the Naples in 1972, she continued her career here. As any child of a Real Estate professional can tell you, the business becomes an integral part of family life!

            So, after graduating from the University of South Florida, I started working as a licensed Realtor® Associate and assistant to my mother and subsequently received my Broker’s License in 1983.  I am a full-time Realtor® and I am in the office every day.

            I discovered long ago that it is impossible to be an expert on every real estate development in the entire city and county.    Rather, I specialize in properties from Pelican Bay in the north to Port Royal and Royal Harbor in the south.  Other communities within that geographic area include Park Shore, the Moorings, Coquina Sands and Old Naples.

            My husband, Joseph McNichols, is also a Realtor®, a life-long resident of Naples, and a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain.  If you are looking for waterfront property, Joe and I can offer a special service—the opportunity to view properties from the water!
